Painter Fiona Couldridge presents a show of new work at the Origins Centre at Wits University. Under the title 'Exposition', the paintings in this body of work are initially generated from prints of the surfaces of toy skeletons and dolls. Their showing at the Origins Centre enables them to link to notions of origins and beginnings, death and excavation, referencing childhood and loss in an intentionally macabre manner.
