Artlogic presents ‘Spring Art Tour’

Artlogic, best known for their production of the Joburg Art Fair have devised a new project to entice the public into the country’s top galleries, design shops and restaurants. The Spring Art Tour will happen in both Cape Town and Johannesburg and will consist of specially curated gallery exhibitions, design shows and restaurant menus.
The Tour will visit Cape Town from October 1 – 4 and Johannesburg from October 8 - 11.

The Spring Art Tour will happen in both Cape Town and Johannesburg and will consist of specially curated gallery exhibitions, design shows and restaurant menus.
The Tour will visit Cape Town from October 1 – 4 and Johannesburg from October 8 - 11.
The Cape leg of the tour includes exhibition openings at Goodman Gallery, Michael Stevenson, Whatiftheworld, Everard Read, Blank Projects, Erdmann Contemporary, iArt Gallery and Joao Ferreira. A number of special projects and events will also take place including a book signing by Pieter Hugo of his newly released book, Nollywood, walkabouts at the various gallery venues and a serious of art videos at furniture design emporium Twiice International.
The Johannesburg events incorporate exhibition openings at Brodie/Stevenson, Everard Read, Gallery MOMO, David Krut Projects, Goodman Gallery, Gallery Art On, Rooke Gallery, GoetheOn Main, The NIROX Project Space, galerie Seippel and Afronova. Special projects will be launched including art videos at Paul Smith in Parkhurst and Willow Lamp at Paco Carpets in Greenside.
A series of art talks sponsored by BMW will take place on the Saturday of each leg of the Tour (October 3 and October 10).
