Spier Contemporary 2010 - FINALISTS
This week ArtThrob is privileged to have the scoop on the 2010 Spier Contemporary Finalists list. This year's incarnation promises many thrills, not least of which is the input of international judges RoseLee Goldberg (director of Performa) and Senegalese curator N'Gone Fall as judges.
Of interest is the number of established artists participating, like Brett Murray, Ed Young, Philip Rikhotso and David Koloane. Another notable presence is that of Michael MacGarry, the 2010 Standard Bank Young Artist of the Year award winner.
