Nivea Start Award winners announced in Durban
At the opening of the 'Start: The Nivea Art Award' exhibition at the NSA Gallery on May 31, the three winners of this new art competition were announced. Twenty emerging KZN based artists presented new, comissioned work for the exhibition, selected from a total of 280 entries. The winners are as follows: Third prize (R5000) to Scelo Hlongwa, second prize (R10000) to Zama Dunyawa and first prize (R20000) to Welcome Danca.
