Anet Norval continues her highly personal exploration of memory and gender with her latest show 'epilogue/naskrif'. Described as an emotional journey in which the audience is guided through experiences, circumstances and situations, the body of work incorporates an array of painting techniques and much use of multimedia.

Makiwa Mutomba is a Zimbabwean painter currently based in Pretoria. The recent winner of an award at the Societe Nationale des Beux-Arts in Paris, this is Makiwa’s second solo exhibition at artSPACE durban and consists of oil paintings of African women.
