'Inkanyezi – Falling Stars'
Anna Alcock at artSPACE durban
Anna Alcock, Director of Inky Cuttlefish Studios in London will be exhibiting alongside the 'Signature Works on Paper' exhibition. The work on show documents her journey from the last exhibition she had in South Africa when she graduated from UKZN Pietermaritzburg (then the University of Natal) in 1998. Working mainly with relief printing, and using experimental techniques and hand-colouring, she has produced a body of work that encompasses established and novel printmaking techniques in a forthright examination of her interior self.
