The 12th Videobrasil Electronic Art Festival will take place this year at three sites in Sao Paulo between September 22 and October 23.

This edition of Videobrasil will present video installations, electronic art productions, performances, CD-Roms and international first-time releases. Lectures and conferences are also part of the programme.

The festival accepts work on any theme and concentrates on work from the Southern Hemisphere. Entry is open to all artists in Latin America, Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Oceana. Productions on videotape and CD-Rom after May 31 1996 are welcome.

London

London Electronic Arts is pleased to announce the second Pandaemonium Festival to take place at the new Lux Centre between October 16 and 23 1998 for single screen entries, and from October 16 to November 28 for installations.

Pandaemonium is London's festival of the moving image, showcasing the best new film, video and media art.
